Access TDX
Log into TDX with the standard URL:
TDX URL - wilksbrothers.teamdyamix.com
TDX authenticates via M365 SSO. You'll be prompted for credentials if you're not already authenticated.
The TDX sign-on page presents three links:
- Users: this is for users of TDNext (technicians)
- Client Portal - the self service portal available to both end-users and IT Staff
- Administration - administer TDX
Select Users to open TDNext.

App Icon - the 'Waffle' - similar to the 9-dots in M365, a list of all apps or modules available to the current signed-in user.
Apps open in 'tabs' within TDNext & are persistent in-between sessions (users can shut their browser down completely, TDX will still open with the last set of tabs).
Whichever app is to the right of the waffle will be the initial landing page when opening TDNext.
The Desktop app is similar to dashboards in prior solutions. Each user can have multiple desktops customized to their liking. Create searches / reports to add to the desktops to increase their usefulness.The Desktop app is capable of displaying data from multiple apps.
Each app also has a desktop page. However the app's desktop can only show data from that app. These desktops can also be customized.
Additional Navigation within TDNext
Select your name at the top right of of the screen to add a profile pic or sign out.
