Wilks ITSM - Email Monitor Configuration

The Wilks ITSM application has one primary email monitor with one default rule.

itsupport@wilksbrollc.onmicrosoftcom is monitored & configured to create tickets from new email, assign those new tickets to the Service Desk (group).
