Automation rule that allows IT staff to open a ticket and assign it to themselves (by email).
This rule looks for tickets sent in by email, that contain '#assign' in the title (email subject), and assigns it to the technician listed as the requestor (supplied by the sender of the email).
When creating a new rule, name it and save it. Then edit - mark as active & fill out the conditions and actions, save it.
Automation Conditions:
1. Title contains #assign
2. Source is one of: Email
3. Requestor is one of (technician)
