How Can I Install the VPN Client?
Answer:
INSTALLING THE PALO ALTO GLOBAL PROTECT VPN CLIENT-AGENT
1. Login to the appropriate portal with your credentials:

NOTE: You cannot access this while on the corporate network. You must do this from your phone or on an outside network (not while connected to the corporate WIFI).
2. Once you are logged in, if you do not have the Global Protect agent installed, you will be prompted with the following screen.
3. Download and install the appropriate agent.
(not sure of your Windows bit version please read How to Determine If You're Running 32-bit or 64-bit Version of Windows)
4. Once the install is complete, click on your start button to locate the GlobalProtect agent and click to start the agent.

NOTE: Use the default settings during the install. Do not change any values at any of the prompts and accept each prompt.
5. Once the install is complete, click on your start button to locate the GlobalProtect agent and click to start the agent.

6. When prompted to "Please enter the portal address" - enter the appropriate portal address as shown below - then click the Connect button.

7. You should be prompted to authenticate through Okta
8. Once you are connected you should see the following icon in the bottom right side of your screen.
