Lease Plus - Changing Company Address Info

1. Changing Company Address Info in LeasePlus

For Lessor Remit to, Private Label Maintenance and ACH, if using the ACH Module

Go to:

• Maintenance>Company Setup>Company Options
• Then update address info in:
• Maintenance>Invoicing>Lessor Remit to
• Maintenance>Invoicing>Private Label Maintenance
• Maintenance>Cash>ACH/Company

Update address for all companies in each invoice type as appropriate

1. Go to the Utilities section and run the Invoice Remit Address Update utility

Be sure to select the All Trans Code radio button if you want to update them all at one time

If you can’t find the program you want to run in the Utility section, you must enable it via the process below.

1. Go to Maintenance>Security>Security Profile Setup
   
2. Navigate to the program you want to enable, highlight it and check the Execute checkbox in the User Permissions group
