Once we complete the transition to TDX from TrackIt emails to itsupport@wilksbrothers.com will create a new ticket in TDX.
From the Wilks IT Portal (Self-Service Portal)
Wilks Brothers IT Portal
- Select Services (top navigation bar)
- IT Support - General
- Select the button to the right 'Request IT Support'
- Complete the form and select 'Request'
Notes:
- Several other services currently point to this same general form / default ticket type
- Default assignment for this form is to the Service Desk
From TDNext
Wilks Brothers TDX - TDNext
- Select Wilks ITSM from the applications / 'waffle' menu
- Select +New (top navigation bar)
- Select the form associated with the type of ticket you are opening

- Fill out the form fields (mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk) and select Save at the top of the form
